Killer There are two types of Tyre Killers available from SOFAB production line. Above & Below Ground Tyre Killers. In the event of a collision, the 10mm special hardened knives will penetrate and totally destroy all vehicles tires while minimizing damage to the wheel rims. It will render the intruder vehicle impossible to drive.

Optional Locking Mechanism can be added per customer requirement to lower and lock the knives in emergency cases or for vehicle reversal. A second option is the Manual Control Lever Arm that can be added to any Tyre Killer to allow the movement of the Tyre Killer knives in the retreated position to allow vehicles to enter or exit in the opposite direction. SOFAB Spring Loaded Tyre- Killers are the perfect solution for buildings and installations that require a minimum degree of protection. Sold in 109 cm Length.

Automatic Tyre Killers are designed to secure gates and entrances from terrorist and threat vehicles. It is ideal for military bases and field deployments such as checkpoint security, traffic management, roadblock security, airport security, nuclear power plants, refineries and more. Automatic Tyre Killers are currently used by the US Air Force, Army, Marine Corps and Navy, the Port Authority of Vancouver, Ministry of Defense, nuclear weapons refurbish plants, and oil refining and distribution facilities.
